Urgent Openings for a Team Lead – Design , juhu ,mumbai
(CTC 50-70K)
At least 4 years of experience in a web design
Key responsibilities
• Independently manage projects from concept-through-completion
• Supervise teams, manage and mentor individuals
• Work closely with and report to Creative Director / Assistant Creative Director / Art Director
• Communicate with concerned project stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of work
• Advance skillset of self and team; be updated with current trends, tools and technologies
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and team-building exercises; provide performance feedback through on-going evaluation of team members
Desired experience, skills and abilities
• Graduate / Undergraduate in Fine / Commercial Arts
• At least 4 years of experience in a web design / interactive agency environment
• Thorough understanding of designing for the web as well as knowledge of design trends and technologies, user interface design and industry best practices
• Strong design skills with knowledge of layout, illustration, typography and other design fundamentals, ability to visualize and execute creative concepts
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must and knowledge of relevant tools is desirable
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English are highly desired
