Spa Manager (Female) is required for a reputed SPA in Mumbai. Candidate will look after the entire SPA, its staff, guests, etc. Candidate should have relevant experience.

Job Description is as follows:

Objective

To provide the highest level of service to guests, which is safe, hygienic and creates the ambience to ensure guest satisfaction and also organization profitability in an atmosphere of teamwork and high employee morale.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Ensure the Spa operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
  
  


• 
  
  Generating MIS reports and tracking revenue, profit and loss.
  
  


• 
  
  Submit Monthly Statistic reports to the Spa director.
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain and preserve the Spa vision and mission.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure all employees have a complete understanding and adherence to Spa policies and procedures.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure all employees adhere to the established standards of hygiene and grooming.
  
  


• 
  
  Conduct daily briefings and monthly operational meetings for the entire team.
  
  


• Serve as a liaison between the management, staff and clients.


• 
  
  Creating a plan based on the monthly goals and sharing the results/feedback with the staff on a weekly basis.
  
  


• 
  
  Help the staff improve their efficiency and quality of work
