Following are the expectations for the Candidature:
-> The candidate should be have a Degree in Architecture
-> Should have a minimum experience of 10 years in the same field.
-> Should have a working knowledge of Municipal Drawings with Fungible FSI and also SRA drawings.
-> Should be extremely proficient with AutoCAD and related applications.
-> Experience in handling On-site execution and working.
-> Good Communication Skills, Pleasant Personality and fluency in English is a must.

Job Description

-> Co-ordination with Draftsman, Liasoners, On-Site Supervisors & Contractors.
-> Taking weekly meetings with the staff and making reports.
-> Timely completion of projects on hand and meeting targets.
-> Organizing, Scheduling and Reminding.
