• Recruitment & Selection.
• Screening the Resumes from Job portals as per the Job requirement.
• Conducting the preliminary rounds of Interviews.
• Short listing the candidates as per the job requirement.
• Coordinating with technical round of Interview with the Line Managers.
• Taking care of genuine documentation & joining formalities.
• Handling HR related administration work like maintaining employee database, and checking files for time-to-time audit purpose.
• Experience 1 to 2 years
