Position: - HR Executive (Non IT profile) (Bulk hiring)

EDUCATION: HSC or Graduate

Experience - 0 to 2 years into Recruitment

SALARY: 8000/- to 12000/-

Pure Day Shift - 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Working Days : Monday - Friday , Alt Sat - Half Day & Alt Sat - Off

Location - Mumbai (Malad - W)

Requirements :
1) Strong Exp in Recruitment Bulk hiring
2) Exp into CV screening
3) Good Communication & Presentation skills
4) Flexible on long working hours
5) Able to attend Interview on short notice


Job Details
1) To manage the recruitment through job portals, references, social networking etc. And ensuring targets are achieved.
2) Hire the best quality at the lowest cost within the committed timelines.
3) Ensure cost of hiring is within budgets specified by HR.
4) Be updated about market trends in sourcing, recruitment strategies adopted by competitors
and accordingly plan adequate approaches
5) The role requires a person to stretch and work extra hours once the targets are not met within
the actual time frame.
