Urgent opening for front office receptionist

Job Description:-

Candidate must have good communication skills.
Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
Handling front office.


Attending phone calls and transferring to the respected department.
Looking after the courier process.
Management of internal and external mail and the supply and maintenance of office supplies and equipment and incoming and outgoing mails.
Maintaining stock of office supplies & stationery, Filing of basic office documents & Segregating incoming / outgoing courier & mails.
Additional responsibilities included updating inventory database and updating client Records.
Perform clerical duties such as develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system.
Coordinating with Admin staff for given work.
