Position : Guest Relation Executive

Experience : Min 6 months to 2 years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Location: Kandivali/Worli/Panvel.

Job profile:
• Attending all the calls of the clients, answering the queries, assisting in tele-order bookings.
• Handling telephone calls & enquiries
• Maintaining In-ward & Out-ward Registers, Day-Book Entries.
• Invoice preparation & Cash dealing
• Looking after the guest preferences & providing services
• Greeting and escorting the guest.
