•Hardware solution to Desktop, Printer Laptop and LAN issue
•Need to check patched and updates of our clients computers and laptops.
•High troubleshooting ability and diagnose the critical issues.
•All kind of OS installation -reinstallation-upgradation with software.
•configuration printer -Local and Network
•Internet Issue.
•Windows Server Installation and configuration
Requirements
1.Engineer would be minimum 06 month -1 yr. experience.
2.Good communication skill.
3.Good customer interaction skills.
4.Good Knowledge of XP/Vista/Win7/Win8 with H/W Installation and troubleshooting and configuration of outlook
5.Good knowledge of Antivirus (Symantec, Kaspersky, Macafee, eScan, AVG etc...)
6.Good Knowledge of Wifi configuration.
