Roles and Responsibilities:-
The Sales executive/counsellor builds a rapport with any leads/prospective clients and aims on converting it into business. Main responsibilities are:
*Composing and sending emails to international students
*Counselling of Students through Telephonic or Walk-ins
*Follow-up with the prospective leads
*Analyzing and maintaining sales records, updating the CRM
*Generating daily, weekly, monthly reports
*Developing and executing plans for business development.
*Regular interaction with existing students to enhance good customer relationship; care for active students and servicing their needs and complaints
*Maintaining The files/records of the students
*Completion of sales through invoice and payment process
*Managing all Events, Seminar, and Targets.
*Working with the marketing team to improve the results, improving branding
*Accountable for sales targets and after-sales relationship
Desired Skills:-
*Should have excellent Counselling/Sales skills including very good negotiations & convincing skills.
*Should be self motivated and meet targets to increase revenues.
*Should have excellent communication skills & very good command over English
*Must be a team player
*Smart personality
*Previous counselling experience in an Educational Institution preferred.
*Person who has taken Competitive Exams like CMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT (Preferred)
Educational Qualification: - Any graduate or post-graduate degree is required. MBA(Finance or Marketing) is preferred.
Experience: - 2 + years of relevant Experience
