Position: General Manager - HR

Location - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
· Manage all aspects of the HR Function including:


o Oversee all recruiting efforts. Work closely with business heads to define staffing levels and ensure staffing requirements are met

o Implementing strategies for attracting, retaining and motivating employees

o Manage the entire recruitment life cycle

o Managing performance and appraisal process

o Monthly payroll processing

o Ensure all HR statutory compliances are completed in an accurate and timely manner

o Implement training programs as required

o Employee engagement activities

Key Success Factors

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
· Previous HR experience of at least 5-10 yrs. is required

· MBA in HR from leading business school

· Previous experience recruiting and managing a large PAN India salesforce

· Experience with HR statutory compliances
